About Us

David Polglase has been involved in the Project Management of many major building projects, with particular specialism in the sympathetic conversion of barns and other agricultural buildings, in and around the North Cornwall area, using modern methods of construction and energy efficient materials.

He has completed Home Energy Ratings from first principles as a BSc(Hons) student and obtained a Siebe Award for Excellent Performance in Design, Technology and Business. He has been awarded a Fellowship of the Millennium Award for his volunteer and Environmental Research with the University of Australia.

David is a fully trained Domestic Energy Assesor, in addition he is a qualified accountant and Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. This wealth and depth of knowledge provides you, our client, with an unprecedented level of expertise, which we believe gives us a competetive advantage in our field.
